Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dahlia Trackr (https://dahliatrackr.com) operated by Dahlia Trackr(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or purchasing a Featured Supplier subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Description of Service
Dahlia Trackr is an aggregator that tracks dahlia tuber inventory from US-based suppliers. We offer a free buyer-facing search service and a paid Featured Supplier advertising program for farm operators.
2. Advertising Products — One-Time Payments
Dahlia Trackr offers two one-time advertising placements for farm operators:
- Homepage Featured Slot: $149.00 for 90 days. Your farm is displayed in the Featured Suppliers section of the Dahlia Trackr homepage.
- Boosted Directory Listing: $49.00 for 90 days. Your farm card in the Suppliers directory receives a Featured badge and priority placement.
These are one-time charges only. Nothing is charged automatically after purchase. Your placement expires after 90 days. To continue being featured, you must purchase again.
- No refunds: Advertising placements are non-refundable once your listing has gone live. If there is a technical issue preventing your placement from appearing, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
- Expiry: Placements automatically deactivate after 90 days from purchase. No action is required on your part to stop them.
3. Eligibility
The Featured Supplier program is available only to legitimate dahlia farm operators whose farm is listed in the Dahlia Trackr directory. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the farm you are purchasing advertising for.
4. Featured Placement
Upon successful payment, your farm will be displayed in the Featured Suppliers section of the Dahlia Trackr homepage. We reserve the right to limit the total number of featured slots (currently 5). If all slots are filled when you attempt to purchase, you will not be charged and will be notified. We reserve the right to remove a listing that violates these Terms without refund.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your farm, location, or tuber inventory
- Use your featured placement to promote illegal products or services
- Attempt to manipulate or abuse the directory's data or systems
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your card details.
7. Disclaimers
Dahlia Trackris provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding uptime, traffic levels, or advertising results. We are not liable for any lost revenue or indirect damages resulting from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes to subscription pricing or terms, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of California.
